Block friend request: Facebook has some new features to help prevent unwanted friend requests and messages. Just like every other social media, it is prone to harassment and bullying. When you block someone and then that person decides to create another account so they can contact you.
With these new tools in place, Facebook tries to recognize when someone does that and prevent them from sending a message or friend request to you. Facebook uses signals, like IP addresses, to recognize when someone has created a fake or inauthentic account.

Click Friends of friends. It's an option in the box's drop-down menu. This will set your Facebook friend requests setting to "Friends of friends", and will prevent people not in your friend group from friending you.
